Following his studies in Business and Economics, Maximilian Hefel has developed strong expertise in the investment and finance sector, with a focus on real estate. As Head of Investment at SORAVIA, he oversaw the financing of real estate projects and led both national and international M&A transactions. Before joining Heinrich & Mortinger in 2024, Maximilian worked as an independent consultant, managing a restructuring project for a real estate conglomerate in Germany. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed various transactions in project financing, M&A and restructuring.

Maximilian supports our clients in financing of real estate and infrastructure projects, as well as in financing of stand-alone large battery storage projects.
